I was born in Basel and completed my physiotherapy training in my home town in 1990.
Since then I've been working in my job.

In the fields of manual therapy, rehabilitation and orthopedics, I have continued to develope and completed an additional training as a sports physiotherapist (International Academy of Sportscience)
As a board member of SART www.sart.ch (Swiss Working Group for Rehabilitation Training) I came across the Pilates Method in 2007. Pilates has inspired and convinced me from a personal and medical point of view. Since then, I have been giving group courses and personal training and have integrated my physiotherapeutic knowledge into the lessons.
