With the use of a barbell (weights on a long metal bar) training takes place to motivating music in the endurance and fat burning fitness area. The barbell plays the central role in the exercises. It is lifted up and down sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly, but always together with the rhythm of the music. The exercises are carried out in lying and in standing positions. Through the numerous repetitions of the exercises, a rapid muscle growth can soon be recognizable.
