You are very welcome to do something for your body, immune system and mental balance within our portals. We offer many different courses which are supervised by professional trainers. In a family setting, we train in small groups of max. 3 to12 people.

Specialcourses

"Belly, legs, buttock (BBP)" - 4 week introductory course (17.03.25 - 06.04.25) with Simone

Belly, legs, buttock (BBP) is a useful workout to specifically target the abdominal, thigh and buttock muscles. BBP can help build muscle and define muscles, burn calories, lose fat mass, improve posture and increase performance.

A workout for beginners to advanced.

What should I bring?  Comfortable sports clothes, sneakers, a water bottle and a towel if necessary.

"Pilates Reformer" - 4 week "Start up" course  (19.03.25 - 09.04.25)

The heart of modern pilates is the Reformer.
This Apparatus enables an almost unlimited variety of exercises.

By defying gravity, the Reformer training is an excellent introduction to the Pilates method and can be used as support to and in combination with, the mat training. The apparatus with a spring system and  moveable seat, can be used to train the entire body in an intensive way.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sports clothing and anti-slipping socks.

"Fascia Pilates" - 4 week Spezial cours (20.03.25 - 10.04.25)

In this course I combine the strengthening exercises of the Pilates method with flowing, dynamic movements from fascia training.
These so-called “flows” are not only fun, they are also very beneficial and effective.
The flowing sequences of movements improve the suppleness and gliding ability in the myofascial tissue. These are exercises that are designed in such a way, that entire chains of fascia are approached in terms of their functionality - from the fingertips to the toes!

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sports clothing and anti-slipping socks.

"TRX ®  for Beginners & Repeeters" - 4 week Special course (21.03.25 - 11.04.25)

Your body is in an open and unbalanced position, so that as well as strength, also coordination, balance and stability are trained at the same time. 
During the TRX- exercises different muscle groups are collectively and simultaneously trained.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sportswear and sports shoes, a water bottle and a towel if necessary.

Power YOGA FLOW - Special course (08.5.25 - 22.05.25) 

This hour combines stretching and strengthening exercises with conscious breathing, strengthens the muscles and promotes endurance and flexibility.

The goal is to synchronize movement and breathing as your body gives way in flowing movements of the positions. A flowing sequence of asanas guided by breath and modern music. A symbiosis of tradition and evolution. At this hour, a choreography is being built to modern music in which every respiratory movement leads to a body movement. The breath directs the movements and every movement is synchronized with inhalation and exhalation. For those who would like to experience a dynamic and powerful flow and improve their physical condition.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sportswear and non-slip socks.

 "Fit during pregnancy" - on request on Mo: 16:30h, Di: 19:55h or Sa: 11:15h

Yoga and Pilates are a great way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine throughout your pregnancy. 

Yoga is a great companion during pregnancy. It promotes physical well-being and helps to manage the coming bodily changes with contentment and self-confidence.The prenatal Pilates accompanies you during pregnancy and prepares you optimally for the birth of your child. The exercises are specially selected and modified for pregnant women, specifically for strengthening the back, stimulating circulation, supporting the pregnancy and preparing for childbirth. Recommended for those who want to remain healthy, fit and in shape during their pregnancy.

The focus is on specific muscle exercises for the pelvic floor, back, shoulders and neck.

"Pilates for young motherspostgradute course 6 weeks (18.02.25 - 01.04.25)

Your baby has arrived and there is plenty to do. Do not forget to plan enough time for yourself. Postnatal Pilates is the most effective way to get back your original figure, quickly and relaxingly. The postnatal Pilates program in the recovery phase specifically strengthens the deep muscles in order to prevent complaints such as back pain or uterine subsidence and to bring the body back into balance.

"Zumba Party - for Valentine's Day" on February 15th (10:00h - 11:30h) with Patricia

Dance, sweat and feel the rhythm. The mix of dance and interval training is not only fun, but also gets your figure in top shape. 

Zumba® uses elements from aerobics, elements from standard dances and elements from Latin American, Spanish, Indian and Arabic dances.

Through constant movement and changing speeds, dance and endurance training increases fitness and at the same time helps to reduce weight. Fat burning is stimulated, new muscles convert more energy and the body becomes toned.
