You are very welcome to do something for your body, immune system and mental balance within our portals. We offer many different courses which are supervised by professional trainers. In a family setting, we train in small groups of max. 3 to12 people.

"Fascia in motion from head to toe" - 4 week special course (14.11.24 - 05.12.24)

"Fascia form a complex and widely ramified network that spread throughout the body and is of crucial importance for health and performance." (" Rolfing - The Integration of Human Structures" by Ida Wolf (1977)

The building blocks of this training with influence on the fascia structures of the body are as follows:

The renaissance of swinging and springing
Fascia Stretch – alignment of the structures

 "Fit during pregnancy" - 5 week special course (11.11.24 - 09.12.24)

Yoga and Pilates are a great way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine throughout your pregnancy. 

Yoga is a great companion during pregnancy. It promotes physical well-being and helps to manage the coming bodily changes with contentment and self-confidence.The prenatal Pilates accompanies you during pregnancy and prepares you optimally for the birth of your child. The exercises are specially selected and modified for pregnant women, specifically for strengthening the back, stimulating circulation, supporting the pregnancy and preparing for childbirth. Recommended for those who want to remain healthy, fit and in shape during their pregnancy.

The focus is on specific muscle exercises for the pelvic floor, back, shoulders and neck.

"Pilates for young motherspostgradute course 6 weeks (12.11.24 - 17.12.24)

Your baby has arrived and there is plenty to do. Do not forget to plan enough time for yourself. Postnatal Pilates is the most effective way to get back your original figure, quickly and relaxingly. The postnatal Pilates program in the recovery phase specifically strengthens the deep muscles in order to prevent complaints such as back pain or uterine subsidence and to bring the body back into balance.

"ZUMBA® Party" on November 29th (18:30 p.m. - 20:00 p.m.) with Patricia

Dance, sweat and feel the rhythm. The mixture of dance and interval training is not only fun, but also gets your figure in top shape 

Zumba® uses elements from aerobics, elements from standard dancing and elements from Latin American, Spanish, Indian and Arabic dancing.

Through constant movement and changing speed, dance and endurance training increases fitness and at the same time helps to reduce body weight. Fat burning is stimulated, new muscles convert more energy and the body becomes better toned.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sports clothing and sports shoes.

"Bodyworkout Special Event" on December 14th (10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)

An absolute full-body workout with high intensity and quick results, one of the fastest ways to get fit and burn body fat.

We will train to motivating music with a barbell (weights on a long metal bar) in the strength endurance and fat burning areas (Kerstin) and combine this with tough core exercises (Daniela).
